Level of Care Value
Ralston Creek Neighborhood provides Personalized Care Plans structured to meet the needs of each resident. Level of care is based on a point system to determine exactly the care services needed and allowing residents to customize their plan to better suite their unique needs. RCN has 4 levels of care which allow residents to age in place with our wonderful staff providing the services they need. An assessment can be done to determine the level of care and quote specific charges prior to occupancy.
Insurance coverage
Ralston Creek Neighborhood works with all Long-Term Care Insurance and assists with submitting statements to your Carrier. Reimbursement is dependent upon the Carrier and your policy. Medicare and Medicaid do not cover assisted living or memory care. If you have no long-term care insurance the costs will be out of pocket. Please contact us to discuss various ways people have found to pay for assisted living and/or memory care.

One of the delights of Ralston Creek Neighborhood is our Casual Bistro, a place to pick up all-inclusive treats such as prepackaged snacks, coffee, tea, sandwiches, and drinks. You can sit in the bistro or take it to go.
Also, one of the highlights of the bistro is Skee-Ball, an arcade game that is played by rolling a ball up a ramp (like a ‘ski’ jump)! The goal is for the ball to jump into one of the bullseye rings. Whoever has the highest score wins! It can be played with friends and see who scores the highest, or you can play solo and try to beat your own high score.
Our theatre boasts a 100-inch screen and our residents love to watch movies there, play Wii bowling, or watch education courses on hydration, hand washing, etc. They can also pick from our DVD collection and watch the movie back in their apartment.
